Ski Experience and Outdoor Enthusiast
My name is Federica, and my journey in skiing began when I was just 4 years old, on the slopes of Folgaria in Trentino Alto Adige, where I used to go on vacation with my family. My father, a great ski enthusiast, passed on his love for this sport to me, and so, as a child, I started skiing with him. This passion grew to the point where I began participating in provincial and regional competitions, joining a ski club in my hometown.
In the summer, I pursue another great passion: the sea and water sports. For the past few years, I’ve been dedicating myself to water skiing and wakeboarding in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia, where I can experience the connection with water and continue sharing my passion for movement and balance, both on snow and on water.
In the meantime, I fulfilled another important dream: I graduated in Interior Design. However, my love for an outdoor life has led me to put this degree on hold for the moment, and I haven’t used it professionally yet. So far, I’ve only designed my home and those of some friends, but my education is there, ready to be used in the future, when and if the time is right.
My journey as an instructor has not only been a professional path but a true exploration of the world and of myself. Every experience has enriched me and pushed me to find new ways to grow and help others do the same, blending my passions with the inner awareness I’ve gained along the way.
International Coaching Experience
At the age of 22, I achieved one of my first dreams: I became an Italian ski instructor. I started my career in a small resort near home, Montecampione, and later moved to Trentino, where I continued teaching and refining my technique. However, my desire to explore the world drove me to seek new challenges abroad. I was fortunate enough to teach skiing in New Zealand, Argentina, and Chile during their winter seasons, when it was summer in Italy. These experiences allowed me not only to improve as an instructor but also to perfect my English and Spanish, immersing myself in different cultures and appreciating new ways of living the mountains.
Five years ago, during a vacation with friends, I found myself in Courchevel, in the French Alps, and from that moment, I knew it was the right place for me. Since then, I’ve decided to teach here, and today Courchevel is my home during the winter.
My journey as an instructor has not only been a professional path but a true exploration of the world and of myself. Every experience has enriched me and pushed me to find new ways to grow and help others do the same, blending my passions with the inner awareness I’ve gained along the way.
